Rakuyu to Launch New Puddings and Brûlée at JR Kyoto Isetan
Seven days from October 21, with tastings available
Rakuyu, a brand of CaPLANT Co.,Ltd. (Headquarters: Ukyo-ku, Kyoto; President and CEO: Yukichi Ijichi), will have a booth at JR Kyoto Isetan's "29th Kyo no Aji Meguri, Waza Kurabe Exhibition" (Kyoto Flavors and Crafts Fair) from Wednesday, October 21 to Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
In the promotion space in front of the East Entrance on the B1 floor, Rakuyu will sell two new flavors of its "Kyo no Oyasai Purin" (Kyoto Vegetable Pudding), sweet potato and soybean, for the first time. It will also launch its "Kyoto Miyama Akane Komachi Brûlée" there. "Kyo no Oyasai Jam" (Kyoto Vegetable Jam) will also be on sale, and visitors can taste every product.
Two New Puddings and the Akane Komachi Brûlée
This event marks the first sale of the sweet potato and soybean "Kyo no Oyasai Purin" and the "Kyoto Miyama Akane Komachi Brûlée." Visitors can buy Rakuyu's newest products at the venue.
Jams Sold Individually and in Mini Jar Sets
"Kyo no Oyasai Jam" comes in three single flavors: sweet potato, tomato, and soybean. It is also sold in mini jar sets with three package designs: "Hatake" (Fields), "Choju-giga" (Frolicking Animals), and "Kyo-fu" (Kyoto Style).
Each mini jar set holds 40 g each of tomato, soybean, and sweet potato jam. The sets are good for comparing flavors at home or for giving as gifts.
